The program offers a straight school to career path for people interested in the hotel, restaurant or the food industry. This course is designed to provide students with extensive knowledge on the Hotel Industry, within the kitchen, front office, housekeeping, F&B production and F&B service operations, sales and marketing, French and Business communication. This twelve-month program integrates theoretical and practical knowledge in kitchen lab, front office, housekeeping, F&B production and service operation. On-job experience imparted during the course enriches and reinforces what students learn in the classroom and develops their practical skills, which is critically important for future success in the industry

The program offers a straight school to career path for people interested in culinary. This course is designed to provide students with extensive knowledge in F&B production. This twelve-month program integrates theoretical and practical knowledge in the kitchen lab.
The Diploma in Housekeeping Executive enables the individual at work to prepare for housekeeping service, perform housekeeping work, monitor the work of attendants and maintains the equipment and materials used in housekeeping. The course has been approved by the THSC (Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council) of the NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation).
The Diploma in Commi Chef I will enable the individual to preparation basic food recipes and assist sous chef or chef-de-partie in food preparation. The course has been approved by the THSC (Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council) of the NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation).
The Diploma in Front Office Executive enables the student to engage with the guest, arrange for any special guest requirement, receive the guest, manage guest registration and room allocation process and perform cashiering process, handle guest complaints, train associates and make decisions related to front desk activity. The course has been approved by the THSC (Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council) of the NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation).
This course offers theoretical learning, practical training and industrial skills required for students to be successful in the hotel management industry. It is affiliated to OTHM, United Kingdom. The program provides an industry-driven curriculum to teach and test students and awards them with industry-recognized diplomas. The program integrates theoretical and practical learning in the kitchen lab, front office, housekeeping, food & beverage production, service operation and culinary work. Additionally, students can choose their specialisation in a few months and tailor the practical training to their specific aspirations.

It introduces the basic principles of sanitation and safety related to the hospitality industry including personal hygiene, sanitation and safety regulations, usage and care of the equipment and the principles of foodborne illnesses. The Servo Hospitality School offers an International Diploma in Bakery which is affiliated to OTHM, United Kingdom. This course is designed for candidates who wish to acquire an expertise in the art of confectionary and patisserie and integrates both theoretical and practical training. This course covers various baking technicalities, hacks and skills, patisserie principles, chocolate handling techniques and sculpture making. The course also focusses on the functional areas of the hospitality operation including kitchen administration and food production, fundamentals of food and beverage services, food science and hygiene. Besides, emphasis is also placed on technical and interpersonal skills, customer handling technique, ethics, professionalism, standards of etiquette and hospitable conduct and time management as they are all essential perquisites to an international hospitality career. A state-of-the-art culinary studio is available in the campus for students to practice their culinary and bakery skills
This advanced diploma is designed for students that have high career aspirations in hospitality management and is affiliated to the Malta College of Arts, Science & Technology (MCAST), Malta- Europe’s leading government vocational education and training institute. This course aims to go beyond the fundamentals of hotel management and expose the student to the financial and operational aspects of the hospitality industry. On the completion of the programme, students will have an overview of the broad contours of the business of hospitality including fundamentals of consumer behavior and marketing, finance, operations management, leadership and management principles, human resource management and contemporary issues in hospitality management.
The objective of 3 Years Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management program is to develop learners’ management knowledge and skills within the tourism and hospitality industry. Learners will critically evaluate contemporary knowledge and theories and use these to propose solutions to complex management problems. Successful completion of the qualification will equip learners with the specialist skills and knowledge they need to plan and manage their work areas, to make effective decisions, and to adapt effectively to the needs of a range of tourism and hospitality organisations.
This course has been designed to acquaint students with the operational and managerial level of operations of a Hotel. The detailed curriculum will make students able to relate all the aspects in Global Hospitality world and they will be able to work in the industry straight away after completion of this course. International Internship would be for a minimum period of 06 months in a Hotel or Resort. This training forms an essential component of fulfilment of the course for the award of International Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management Level 6 which is equivalent to the final year of a UK Bachelors.

The Servo Finishing School Programme aims to cater to the graduates of hospitality management. It is a 6 months programme which holistically develops a student to meet the skills demand in the international hospitality arena. It involves 3 months of classroom training covering the essentials of hospitality training with a special emphasis on developing of soft skills such as leadership training, teamwork, confidence, dressing, grooming and interview training. The remaining 3 months are spent on practical training at our training partner Hotel Ramada, Dehradun. At the end of the finishing school programme, the students are assured of an international or domestic internship and placement with one of our international or domestic placement partners.

Internships and Placements

At the Servo Hospitality School, assured international internships are part of the curriculum. The course fee is inclusive of an international internship for a duration of 12 months in a luxury hotel/resort. These internships prepare the students for a global hospitality career by imparting them with requisites such as cross-cultural skills, sensitivity and career networking.
